Nonsense rhymes in Bengali.
The primary question that peeps into my mind is : why do we call a rhyme sheer nonsense? The answer that comes immediately from all quarters is : "because it is nonsense !" . Great answer, I must say, as if I myself didn't know about it! Well, if anyone can throw any light on this, he or she is welcome. Till then, let me pick 5(five) of my nonsense rhymes (in Bengali) and place those before your eyes. Comment, criticize or even throw me out!
