Well, it's time to congratulate Mumbai Indians for lifting the IPL Trophy - finally ! Mumbai is a great city that offers shelter & food to millions. The city has a distinctive culture and is ever bubbling with life. I salute Mumbai... yes, again & again... for what it is !
