EMINENT FILM-MAKER  RITUPARNO GHOSH IS NO MORE !

Today I am shocked & speechless ! Renowned film maker of international repute, Rituparno Ghosh (49) is no more. He passed away in sleep early this morning at his residence at Indrani Park, South Kolkata and was cremated with state honours with Gun-salute at the Siriti crematorium in the evening. Rituparno was a man of controversies. Winner of 12 national awards, Rituparno was an institution by himself. We may love him, we may hate him, but we can not ignore him at all.
