My nonsense rhymes and my tribute to the legendary Sukumar Ray...
I have always proudly acknowledged the influence of the legendary Sukumar Ray upon my creations. I still wonder how could he express his lines with such simplicity and ease irrespective of whatever he wrote. I am not going to tell you much about his creations (which you are already aware of) and instead pay my humble tribute to him through six of my poems and an illustration by me.

Aar aamar samanyo chesta - chorchaar obhaabe onaar lekha-r "udvott ros"-taa jeno haariye naa jaaye ekaaler maanush-joner kachh theke. Tobe, aami kintu baar-baare bolee - Sukumar Ray ekjonee hon. Tini aamar pronomyo.... Dhonnobad tomaake.... Aar "Time'-er byapaar-ta bodh hoy Netwalla-ra USA time follow kore - taai aalada dekhaaye. Eta aamar guess-maatro. :-)
